In the meantime, my proudest creative moment would be cooking a meal. {I know, not that exciting, but it seems somewhat amazing to have a meal these days!} Last week most of my meals were from the Pioneer Woman. If you have not heard of Ree Drummond, you can thank me later, if you have heard of her--why didn't you tell me about her earlier?! I might be in love with her. As far as I am concerned, she is a genius. Aside from having the most delicious recipes, she also has amazing photos (and photoshop actions that are fantastic!) but also information about homeschooling, and just living the life....
If you have a chance this week, make the steak salad. It is Ahhhh-mazing! Make the onion rings, you wont regret it. I add corn, just to get really crazy. It is so delicious. My husband actually told me he thinks it is his favorite meal. {Thanks Ree!}
The Knock You Naked Brownies were a big hit when I was in the hospital having Cole. I tend to be a "salty" not a "sweet" so these were a little too intense for my liking, but my best friend, sister in law, and husband all loved these. Just don't make the mistake I made, use the 9"x9" pan. I used an 8"x8" pan that was just too small and the brownies made an impressive mess in my freshly {nested} cleaned oven. Boo!
Just last week I made this sandwich. Uuuugh. So amazing. I even ate the leftovers! {That says a LOT!} Make this. You won't regret it!
The Greek Salad is pretty amazing, too! Make this. It's so good. Mmm. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
I dare you to find a bad recipe. I swear, they are all amazing! Go. Now. You can thank me later. Seriously!
